We're putting on a free community songwriting
event and we'd love to have you there! 


With the help of experts from several environmental organisations,

we will be writing and recording a song to help save the planet.
 


Come and learn about the issues facing our planet and what we can do about them as we combine the ideas into a song will be professionally recorded! Your thoughts, your words and your voices will be an inspiration to people as they listen to our song about saving the planet.


Date: Saturday 25th May 2019
Time: 10:00am - 12:00pm (take your seats from 9:45am)
Location: Frome Town Hall  (Christchurch St. West, Frome, BA11 1EB)



Tickets are free but seats are filling up quickly.
Make sure you book for every adult and child in your party.
There will be no entry without pre-booking.
All children must be accompanied by an adult.
Please bring your own refreshments.

On the day you'll get to rock out with Rocktopus, be an integral part of the songwriting process, have your voices recorded for the final song and learn about what we can do to help save the planet. Our panel of environmental experts includes: Andy Parsons from Greenpeace (Peter has visited the Arctic and Antarctic on several environmental expeditions), Peter Guliver from the Wildlife Trust (an expert on wild woodlands and bat conservation), Anna Francis from Frome Town Council (Frome's local Resilience Manager and the person behind many of the amazing environmental innovations in Frome).
